She is passionate about helping people return to a place of greater health and wellbeing and uses a wide variety of techniques to help her patients reach their health and wellness goals. Every session is tailored to the specific needs of each person and includes stretching and strengthening guidance. She is particularly good at getting to the root cause of difficult to solve health and musculoskeletal issues.
