Pregnancy Massage:
Prenatal massages are beneficial for both mother and baby by reducing stress hormones and helping to ease aches and pains. Neck and back pain, sciatica and swelling can be addressed as well as any other specific needs. Treatment can be received during any stage of pregnancy, although the low back is omitted during the first trimester. You will be treated laying on your side and be well supported by comfortable pillows. Should you have any questions or concerns, feel free to call Sheryl at Spa One and she will answer any questions you have.
Craniosacral Treatment:
Craniosacral is a gentle but profound treatment that facilitates the body’s own healing processes and is done with the patient fully clothed and laying comfortably on their back. Using a light touch on multiple areas of the body, restrictions are released on the craniosacral system (comprised of the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord) to improve the function of the central nervous system as well as the body as a whole. It is beneficial in helping people with a wide range of heath issues from pain and dysfunction to post traumatic stress, depression and anxiety.
We offer:
RMT Therapeutic Massage
RMT Craniosacral Massage
RMT Relaxation Massage
RMT Pregnancy Massage
30 min – $75
60 min – $120
90 min – $160
When making a call to book your massage, please specify RMT massage if you have insurance coverage. You are still welcome to book with Sheryl if you don’t have coverage, but we will need to know ahead of time if you do so we can provide the appropriate receipt.
