Reflexology

Reflexology

Our hands, ears, and feet have reflex points. Each point is related to certain glands and internal organs, and are arranged in the form of a microcosm or “map”. Reflexology is a therapy where we apply pressure or palpitation to those points in order to affect those structures.

Reflexology enhances the normal functioning of our organs, which supports self-healing and leads to mental and physical well-being.

Before you book your first appointment, here is everything you should know.

Reflexology is Natural Therapy

Reflexology therapies are natural therapeutic methods derived from a study based on the principle that there are reflexes in the body that map to other parts, glands, and organs of the body.

Reflexology, also known as zone therapy, is an alternative medicine involving application of pressure to the feet and hands with specific thumb, finger, and hand techniques without the use of oil or lotion.

Your body has the capability to heal itself. Important bodily systems can be blocked from functioning properly when they are in a state of “imbalance” after a period of stress, injury, disease, or illness. Reflexology can aid healing, maintain, and restore the natural balance of your body.

The effectiveness and application of Reflexology is unique for each person. Our staff’s trained and perceptive hands can unearth small imbalances and deposits by focusing on these points, and ultimately clear your blockages.

Reflexology is one of the least invasive and safest alternative therapeutic methods.
